Shipping
In general, orders received by 12:00PM PST/PDT Monday through Thursday, or by 10:00AM PST/PDT Friday, will be processed the same business day. Orders received after these times on business days and orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
All in-stock items will be shipped the same day that the order is processed. For items not in-stock or that ship direct from the manufacturer, shipping may be delayed. Please call to verify stock prior to placing an order if you are concerned about how soon an order will be shipped.
We ship via common carriers to customers in the United States only. Shipping charges will be calculated on a per-product basis, and included on the billing portion of the On-line Shopping Cart. Promotional free ground shipping is offered on select items, and only applies for orders shipped within the continental United States.
Availability
We will make every effort to assure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. We keep stock of all products offered in our website. However, if any product is temporarily out of stock or if an order shipped directly from the manufacturer to you is not in stock, you will be advised by email as when to expect the shipment.
Payment
To keep prices as low as possible, we only accept payment with your order. We accept all major Credit Cards via our secure online shopping cart, or you can print a check order form from our shopping cart to mail along with your check. Please call if you need help: (800) 497-6417
Sales Tax
California sales tax will be added for any taxable item shipped to a California address. The sales tax will be automatically computed and added on the billing portion of the On-line Shopping Cart.
Hardware Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty:
All hardware sold from a manufacturer on this site comes with a 1
(one) year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Excludes shipping charges.
ID Badges Unlimited Inc.:
Warrants all new supplies to be free from material defect for a
period of 90 (ninety) days from the shipping date to the customer.
The above warranties are limited to repair or replacement of the covered item at the sole discretion of manufacturers or ID Badges Unlimited Inc. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ID Badges Unlimited Inc. shall not be held responsible for any consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the product. Covered systems must be registered with the manufacturer; An RMA number should be obtained prior to returning any item to manufacturer. Covered item must be returned in original or equivalent carton insured and freight prepaid to manufacturer for repair or replacement. All other supplies i.e. Time Cards, Ribbons, Racks, and Badges should be shipped to ID Badges Unlimited Inc.
Warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or material that may impair the equipment's performance. No warranty is given to normal wear items such as batteries, ribbons, cards, dot matrix printer pins and other normal wear items as determined by service facility.
No warranty is given for damages caused by external wiring indicating improper connection to power supply or line wiring, or for damages caused by spikes, power surges, brown outs, lightning, static electricity, or radio waves. Surge protectors are highly recommended to enhance and protect equipment performance following initial installation.
Software Warranty
Manufacturer: warrants all software media to be free of defect for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of shipping. Media found to be defective must be returned and replacement media shall be provided at no additional charge except freight to customer. Prior to returning, an RMA number should be obtained. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Fixes for software "bugs" may be made available to the customer, but only to the extent provided by the manufacturer. Lost software "System Keys" are not replaceable without incurring full charge for the replacement of the program.
Returning Goods
Within 30 (thirty) days of shipping date, unused/undamaged products may be returned in their original shipping cartons with receipt of an RMA number from ID Badges Unlimited Inc. and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Special ordered items such as custom badges, numbered badges, numbering stamps, custom engravings, electronic peripherals, cables, keys, manuals, repair parts, and freight charges (including promotional free shipping) are non-refundable. Opened software packages and software upgrade codes/media are non-refundable. Refund may be reduced if the items are not returned with original contents and original shipping containers.
All returns after 30 days must be done directly with the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary; please consult the warranty information provided with the product.
Within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise, items founds to be defective may be exchanged by returning them in their original shipping cartons with receipt of an RMA number from ID Badges Unlimited Inc. To be eligible, items must be deemed defective by the manufacturer's technical support prior to requesting an RMA number. Some products may not be eligible for exchange even if defective as the manufacturer requires the product to be repaired through their warranty process instead. All defects found after 5 days of receipt must be done directly with the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary; please consult the warranty information provided with the product.
Due to the nature of Biometric products and various operating systems, please do not order these items if you are unfamiliar with installation or their application.
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from ID Badges Unlimited Inc. (Click Here to Request RMA number). Affix a label to the outer box or packaging, clearly displaying the RMA number and return shipping address. DO NOT write or make any other markings on the product's box or packaging, as this will make your item non-returnable. Items must be shipped insured/freight prepaid to:

Canceling Orders
If you wish to cancel a submitted order, e-mail sales@timeclocksupplies.com immediately. Please include your order number in the e-mail. If the item has shipped before the order could be canceled, all shipping and handling charges (including promotional free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against ID Badges Unlimited Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the ID Badges Unlimited Inc. web site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles County, California. You further agree to submit any dispute to binding arbitration. In such event, the binding arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, and the decision rendered in arbitration may be submitted in any court having jurisdiction. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the party that does not prevail, unless it is determined in arbitration that both parties should share the costs in some proportion. If you do not agree with the terms of this section, then do not use this website.
