We are a Rapidprint Authorized sales and service center for the past 30 years.

Our service/repair rate for Rapidprint is $60.00 flat fee for all repairs, excluding any replacement parts, and we provide a free estimate prior to repair.

Service includes:

• Multipoint inspection and adjustments
• Clean all wheels with solution and wire brush
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Air blow to remove debris/dust
• Testing printing and accuracy of time keeping

All parts replaced are covered by a 90 day warranty, including labor. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from our location, and shipping is not covered by the warranty. Service is provided by shipping your Rapidprint stamp to us and we will provide a free estimate of the repair costs. Once estimate is approved, we will email you an invoice and then please call us at (800) 497-6417 to provide your credit card payment. Once payment is received, the turn-around time to repair and ship back your stamp is typically 72 hours.

If you are ready to ship your stamp, please pack it carefully to avoid damage during shipping and do not send keys - we are not responsible for lost or damaged keys. Leave a note inside the box with your contact information (name, phone number, email address) and what seems to be the problem with your stamp. You can provide a return shipping UPS/FedEx label if you wish.
