We are a Rapidprint Authorized sales and service center for the past 30 years.

Our service/repair rate for Rapidprint is $60.00 flat fee for all repairs, excluding any replacement parts, and we provide a free estimate prior to repair.

Service includes:

• Multipoint inspection and adjustments
• Clean all wheels with solution and wire brush
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Air blow to remove debris/dust
• Testing printing and accuracy of time keeping

All parts replaced are covered by a 90 day warranty, including labor. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from our location, and shipping is not covered by the warranty. Service is provided by shipping your Rapidprint stamp to us and we will provide a free estimate of the repair costs. Once estimate is approved, we will email you an invoice and then please call us at (800) 497-6417 to provide your credit card payment. Once payment is received, the turn-around time to repair and ship back your stamp is typically 72 hours.

Optional $400 Flat Fee Refurbish

For customers who have an existing Rapidprint AR-E, ARL-E, or ARC-E unit near the end of its life, we offer a flat fee refurbish option of $400 plus shipping and tax if applicable. All refurbished units come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.

The following parts and services are automatically included on all refurbished units:

• New actuating pawl assembly
• New Rapidprint motor and pin assembly
• New Rapidprint ribbon
• New year wheel (2 or 4 digit)
• Replacement or repair of other worn/damaged items included *
• Deep clean of all wheels and plates
• Check and repair ribbon advancement/reverse
• General interior and exterior cleaning
• Power blow unit internally to remove debris
• Oil and lubricate all moving parts
• Adjust die-plates and ensure best overall print quality
• Test unit for 48 hours

* Cosmetic blemishes such as missing paint or dings to the outside case will be cleaned to the best of our ability, but will not be repainted. Replacement of analog clocks on ARC-E models is an additional $120 (customers will be contacted beforehand). Replacement of LED clocks on ARL-E models is not available at this time. Special modifications to units, such as extended triggers or other custom items are additional if they need to be replaced.

If you are ready to ship your stamp, please pack it carefully to avoid damage during shipping and do not send keys - we are not responsible for lost or damaged keys. Leave a note inside the box with your contact information (name, phone number, email address) and what seems to be the problem with your stamp. You can provide a return shipping UPS/FedEx label if you wish.
