The Acroprint BioTouch time clock is a fully self-contained solution that requires no software installation. Easy to use biometric identification eliminates buddy-punching. Employees clock in and out using fingerprint, proximity badge/key fob, keypad PIN, or a combination of these methods.
The supervisor or administrator simply uses a USB memory stick (included) to transfer the punches from the BioTouch to their PC.
Using Microsoft Excel (not included), the administrator can set up the system, view reports, and print time cards - all from the convenience of their PC, using the familiar Excel interface.
